How Far in Advance Should I Book Your Services?We recommend booking at least 3–6 weeks in advance, as we only take on a maximum of 6 events per month to ensure each project gets our full attention. However, if your event is coming up soon, don’t hesitate to call us!

What is Your Setup & Teardown Process?Our team handles all logistics, including full setup and teardown, so you can focus on the success of your event.

What do You Need From The Venue?We require access to power sources and adequate space for our equipment. The ceilings must also be at least 9 feet high.

How Do You Ensure Safety During Laser Shows?Safety is a top priority. Lasers can be dangerous if not handled properly, which is why we ensure strict compliance with regulations and manage safe operation throughout the show to protect your audience and equipment.

Do You Have A License To Operate High Powered Lasers?Yes, we do. Operating high-powered lasers in the USA requires an FDA variance, which we have to ensure full compliance. Our team is extensively trained in laser safety and certified to exceed federal standards. For outdoor shows, we coordinate with the FAA to ensure safe, approved operations.
